Appointments

Please hold off on booking if your nails are damaged—I won’t be able to work on them, and your appointment might have to be cancelled.

I do not perform removals for work I did not previously do myself.

No guests are allowed.

New Clients please provide me with a photo of your natural nails, inspo (if scheduled), and a brief statement with your nail goals. If this information is not provided when booking, your appointment will be cancelled.

Inspo must be sent at least a week prior to your appointment.

By booking an appointment, you’re confirming that you’ve read and agreed to all of my policies. If any of my policies are not followed, I will have to cancel your appointment and ban you from booking with me in the future.

payment

To lock in your appointment, we’ll need a valid credit card on file. When you book, a $30 non-refundable deposit will be charged—don’t worry though, it’ll be credited toward your service. The rest of the balance will need to be paid in cash, and if cash isn’t an option for you, there’s a $10 transaction fee.

cancellations

If you need to cancel, please give me at least 48 hours' notice. If not, I’ll have to keep the deposit and charge a $50 last-minute cancellation fee.

If you do reschedule within that time, I can apply your deposit to services next month. Just a heads-up, though—since I’m usually fully booked, rescheduling might need to be for the following month. I post my availability at the end of each month, so you can check for open slots then.

Please use the link in your confirmation email titled “Change/Cancel Appointment” to reschedule. You can reschedule with the same deposit once, but after that, a new one will be required. Thanks so much for understanding!

Late arrivals

I allow a 10-minute grace period for appointments. If you’re running later than that, your appointment will be cancelled, and a last-minute cancellation fee will apply. Keep in mind, arriving late means less time for your service.

If you think you’ll be delayed, just give me a heads-up! A $1 fee will be added for every minute you’re late past your scheduled time.
